A bunch of us, together, are trying to solve the problem of sedentary lives through cardiovascular fitness. We run early mornings, work long hours, build technology, coach and educate people to start walking and running.
This podcast is one such initiative to bring science of movement to you, to get started of your fitness journeys or to improve performances.
I interview scientists, researchers and athletes to understand the secrets of moving better and running faster!
Waiting to get off the couch or wanting to run faster, beginner or elite - you would find something relevant in our podcast conversations for sure. No BS, no bro science and not selling anything - listen, trust, implement and become better one step at a time. Lets ‘Run With Fitpage’
I used to walk to the school with my mom and that was possibly my introduction to running in some way.
And then running happened in most unusual ways too - while taking our cows for grazing, chasing the dogs, running behind goats, running away from villagers after stealing mangoes from its trees or running after the ice cream dwellers to barter these with potatoes.
As I joined National Cadet Corps in my college, it got competitive. 5Ks got faster, 10Ks more competitive and now the focus was to run for a podium finish.
I graduated to running cross country races, half marathons, marathons and corporate competitions as life progressed.
Studying at Chicago Booth, working for Goldman Sachs, traveling the world: all of these helped me run towards several personal goals. It also got me curios to know more about this sport as almost everything in life seemed connected to this concept of ‘movement’. While it sounds philosophical, I curiously seek reasons for several metabolic conditions that has been plaguing in absence of sufficient ‘movement’.
I stand here ‘at the start line of your movement journey’ to equip you with what it takes to ‘move better and live fitter’.
